The planning stage of every build is just as important as the construction. Our tried and tested process helps to make sure that everything runs smoothly – from the very first phone call to the final whip round with a broom.

Consultation
Our first visit is always free.
Every project starts with a free consultation. Typically, this involves us coming over to your property to talk through some ideas, answer your questions and explain how we can help. It’s also an opportunity for us to see the plot first hand and get a feel for your sense of taste. If you choose to go ahead, we then incorporate your ideas into a full garden design.
Initial Design Package
Creative concepts that show the true potential of your space.
Following your consultation, we produce three initial design ideas, which are intended to inspire and demonstrate the true potential of your garden space. Each design is completely bespoke and presented as a printed booklet, which also includes our suggested materials and planting options.
Presentation Plan
High quality rendered plans of your final design.
Based on our initial concepts, we ask you to select a single design that can be adapted to reflect your dream space. From this, we produce a fully rendered plan, which represents the exact garden that will be constructed. Included in this master plan, are full layout plans and planting suggestions.
Costing
Itemised costs for each element of your design.
Once the final design has been agreed, we give you itemised costs for each of the elements. We can also provide different material costs – for example, if there was a decking area, we would give you a cost option for using softwood, hardwood or a composite (man-made) deck.
Construction
We handle everything from the first setting out to the last bulb planted.
Our in-house construction teams carry out all of the work from start to finish. We use the finest materials and pride ourselves on our utmost professionalism. And because the entire build (including materials, waste disposal and clearance/site preparation) is organised and carried out by London Landscapes, it is fully guaranteed and covered with £5,000,000 public liability insurance.
Completion
